Where do I store my bicycle?
The bike stand is down in the basement. There is an outside, open bike stand for bicycles. Tenant will have to supply their own lock system.
Where do I park my car?
INK. offers basement parking as well as outside parking. Parking available for visitors on paved area across the street, opposite the Security Guard House.
Is there a cleaning service?
Rooms are cleaned weekly. This service is included in your rent. You will have to provide your own dish washing liquid if you need your dishes washed.
Is there a laundry service?
There is no on-site laundry service. King’s Laundry & The Laundromat are our recommended laundry service providers. Website: www.thelaundromat.co.za (This transaction will be between the tenant and laundry service and is not included in the rent.)
There is also a laundromat across the road at Simonsrust Shopping Centre.
